What is published here, who owns it, and what you may do with it.

Forge publishes results so they can be checked: every campaign report, every exam page and every certification receipt exists so a reader can trace a number back to a sealed record and recompute what it claims. An exam is a different thing. Its task package, corpus, world, question set, seed workspace, reference solution, hidden tests, grader, attack probes and canaries are the measuring instrument, and an instrument that is published stops measuring: a model that has read the answers cannot be tested with them. So the results are public and the instrument is not.
The VVDex-authored exams on this site remain VVDex property. Publishing a result does not place the exam, or any part of it, under an open-source or open-content licence — not MIT, not Apache, not GPL, not CC BY. Public visibility is not an open-source grant. Each exam page states its own disclosure class and names what that class withholds.
One exam on this site is built around a task from a third-party open-source project. That repository, its bug and its upstream fix stay under the upstream project’s own licence, which travels with the material wherever we reproduce it, and nothing here narrows it. The exam construction around that task — the hidden grader, the hidden tests, the attack probes, the reference-evaluation internals and the private evidence — is VVDex’s own work and is not covered by the upstream licence.

Written permission for anything beyond viewing, evaluation and verification — and access to sealed evidence under agreement, for an auditor who needs the bytes rather than the digest — is arranged through Connect.
This page is the site’s only terms notice. Every other page links here from its footer rather than repeating it. The proof package published alongside this site carries the same notice as TERMS.md, with a file-level ownership map in OWNERSHIP.md.
